UK craft legends The Make Arcarde love working with felt and yarn and have created this super cute tassel banner and badge DIY kit! Included in the kit is a little wooden tassel maker and a ball of yarn so you can make the tassels for the bottom - they are so fun to make and its a nifty little gadget! That's not all though, they've also included a dazzling felt and glitter rainbow badge kit containing everything you'll need for some crafty rainbow fun!
